- Pet Friendly.
Pet Friendly means the owner of the particual unit allows pets within the guidelines of the Home Owners Association. Most Home Owners Associations in Las Vegas do not allow pets over 45lbs. If you have a pet that is larger than 45lbs you should consider renting a home.
