If you are a property owner, we can assist you with advertising your Las Vegas Real Estate only. If you need a referral to manage/lease or sell your out-of-state properties we can provide you with a list of REALTORS® that belong to national professional groups such as National Associations of REALTORS®, Council of Residential Specialists and Women's Council of REALTORS® (NAR, WCR or CRS).
We also offer full real estate and property management services via Triple8 Associates Inc..
We have been in the Real Estate industry for over 19 years and have experience in leasing, sales and property management.
Tenants:
There are no fees to find or rent a property on Lucky7 Rentals or via Triple8 Associates Inc. There is a one-time $45 fee to process your application/credit reporting check per adult per property. The owner is responsible for approving your application.
